Once upon a time there was someone who lived somewhere in the deep dark forest. He didn’t have a name but my name is Jeff. No I’m kidding he’s name is Bob and I’m Jeff.
Bob loved to play outside and catch bugs but one day when he was looking for bugs he stumbled across a ………………………… royal giant wearing a tutu. He was in so much shock he started laughing like a cow. Bob went to punch the royal giant in the foot, but before he could hit him the giant stepped on him. Bob was as flat as a pancake; he could probably slide under the door. So his brother Mario had to take him to the hospital.
While they were driving to the hospital they forgot about the royal giant. After they were out of sight the royal giant picked their house up with 1 finger and started eating it. The royal giant thought it was so yummy. He decided to take the biggest bite he could. Here he goes yum said the giant not realising he bit 3 of his fingers off.
When Mario and Bob got to the hospital they saw the giant. But this giant was not like the others this one was pink with a big long dress and pink and purple bows. I should have mentioned this but if you say @!?/. /;’ .@###$$$%^#3212” your head will explode and you will throw up chocolates. Mario and Bob looked at the pretty giant and they both said @!?/./;’.@###$$$%^#3212” and their heads exploded and they threw up chocolates. Now Mario looked like a fish after his head exploded. Bob despite already looking like a pancake now he looks more like doormat. Now I think they’re going to die, so let’s worry about the royal giant while the pretty giant is eating all that fattening chocolate.
Back at the house the royal giant was stuck in the pool so I went and personally freed him from the pool and took him and the pretty giant to the giant’s palace that was about 1 billion km away from the woods. So they would be gone for at least a couple of years.
Five years later new people moved into the old ragged home after 5 years of repairs. The new owners were named Mrs. Booberry and Mr. Blubbery. They decided to make an underground tunnel leading under the giant’s palace and to the city. Today Mr. Blubbery came to a decision that they would live in the city, so off they went to their underground tunnel, 5 hours later they were at the giant’s palace. They were under no stress to get there by the morning until……..
They continued to ride their rollercoaster underground to get to the city. Until a giant pulled up the ground and put his foot in the track @#! $## %^^^&*())((&^^%$ KAPOW the rollercoaster smashed into the giants foot while going half the speed of light. Aaaawwwww ooooowwwww myyyyyyy ffffoooooooootttt hurtttts. The giant fell onto the palace and knocked it. It dropped to the ground and landed straight in the way of boo berry and blubbery, they decided that they would have to get out and walk they could see the end with their super binoculars.
They estimated that it was a 150 km away from their rollercoaster. They were so happy that this didn’t happen earlier. So they moved on through the underground tunnel. 8 hours later they made it to the city. They got to their new house an hour later but then they went in and realised the giants were coming after them so they hopped in their new yellow fluorescent little car and headed for the other side of town. While they were travelling they saw this spooky graveyard of……… PINK & PURPLE UNICORNS.
The giants were closing on boo berry, blubbery and the little yellow fluorescent car of course, they had reached the other side of the town and saw the giants close in 1k 750m 300m 100m 10m Mrs boo berry shouted out raaaaaaa ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?@ blubbery and boo berry both tried to punch the giant and guess what % & @ #! @ $ % ^& &* * * (( ! # $ % ^ ^ & && &* *(( & $$ # # # @@????”:><< They were a pancake. Literally a pancake. They went on to live not so happily ever after.

Today Alex and I are going to be making a blog about Chess.
Chess is one of the oldest board games it was first played 15 hundred years ago.
There are 12 different pieces on the board:
The Knight: The Knight can move 2 spaces forward or back and 1 space left or right, or it can move 1 space forward or back and 2 spaces left or right, it is the only piece on the field that can jump over pieces. It is worth 3 points. Some people believe it is the most valuable piece because of it’s ability to jump over other pieces. You have two knights in your set-up.
The Pawn: The Pawn is a completely pathetic piece that can move 2 spaces forward on it’s first move, otherwise it can move 1 space forward unless it is capturing a piece. The pawn can only capture a piece by moving one space forward and one to the left or right. It can promote itself to any piece on the board (except a pawn or king, or any pieces of the opponents colour). It is worth a pathetic 1 point DUH!!!!!!They can not jump pieces. You only have 8 in you set-up.
The Rook: The Rook can move in a straight either horizontal (–> or <–) vertical 🙂 It can’t jump pieces. It is worth 5 points. They can not jump pieces. You only have 2 in you set-up.
The Bishop: The Bishop can move diagonally. It is worth 3 points. You have 2 in your set-up. They can not jump pieces. You only have 2 in you set-up.
The King: The King can only move 1 space in each directions. If your king is in checkmate, then the game is over. You have one in your set-up. It can not jump pieces. It is your most valuable piece.
The queen: the queen is a mix of the rook and bishop it is worth 9 points it can not jump pieces you have one in your set-up.
